How it works

Booking your phone call from santa is simple and takes just a few minutes. Here is a quick guide to the process

1. Choose the date and time that you want the call to be made. Places are disappearing fast so book early to avoid disappointment.
   
   
2. Enter your childs information that Santa will use when he makes the call. The more information that you can provide the better the call will be when he speaks with your child. All information sent to us is treated in the strictest of confidence and is stored securely.
   
   
3. Review your booking and pay for your call using our secure payment gateway
   
   
4. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your booking reference number and time and date of the call
   
   
5. On the day of your scheduled call one of Santas elves will call you (approximately 15 - 30 minutes before Santa will ring) to make sure that you are home. Our elves are quite shy so this call will only be brief and will check that the recipient is available, please then make sure the recipient of the call is near to hand to expect a call from Santa, leave the rest to the 'Good Fellow.'
   
   
6. At some time in the chosen booking slot, Santa will ring and ask to speak to the child that the call was booked for. We recommend that where possible the call is taken using a speakerphone system, allowing parents and other family members to listen to the conversation and experience how magical the call is.
   
   
7. Santa will talk with the child for between three and five minutes, using the information that was provided at the time of booking for reference material. Some children are more chatty than others, and Santa will do his very best to provoke an entertaining and special call that will be remembered by the child for years to come.
   
   
8. When the call has ended santa will write his own notes on the call for our own internal security measures. He will summarise briefly what was said during the call as well as any significant comments or remarks from the child.
   
   
9. All calls are recorded using advanced software. It is our intention that we will make the recording of the call available to you once we have closed the bookings for this year. We will contact you on the email address you provided at the time of booking with more details on this feature as soon as it is available.
