Q1 - How much does a call from Santa cost

The cost of your personalised phone call from Santa will vary depending on the date when it is booked for. The closer to Christmas eve the call, the greater the demand of the call and therefore the higher the call charge.

Q2 - Is the payment process secure and how does it work?

Payments on our website are carried our using our secure payment gateway provider, SECPay. More information about the payment service can be found from their website which is www.secpay.com.

On the payment page of our website you will notice the secure padlock icon (show icon). This means that the payment is being carried out over a secure, encrypted connection.

Your payment will appear on your bank or credit card statement as “Christmas Wrapped Up”. Please see “Who owns and runs SantaPhone.co.uk” for more details.

Q3 - Who owns and runs SantaPhone.co.uk?

SantaPhone.co.uk is a private company owned jointly by two partner websites.

The first partner website is www.LaplandLetterbox.com, a site offering personalised letters from Santa Claus for the last six years. Visit this website if you would like to create a personliased letter from Santa to your child.

The second partner website is www.ChristmasWrappedUp.com, a site offering high quality, unique Christmas decorations and associated products for the last two years. Visit this website for fantastic deals on your Christmas shopping.
Your payment will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Christmas Wrapped Up, as the website uses the same payment system as this site.

Q4 -Is Santa security checked and is it safe for my child to talk to him?

At SantaPhone.co.uk we take the security of your information very seriously and also the safety of your children.

Firstly, every call that is made by SantaPhone is recorded using sophisticated call monitoring and recording software. We aim to shortly be able to offer the recorded session to you for purchase once we have completed the booking processes for this year. More details on this feature will be provided soon.

Secondly, each of the Santas that make outgoing calls from our website have been CRB Security checked. More details on the CRB check process can be found on the government website at http://www.crb.gov.uk/.

Finally, each of our Santas also has extensive experience of this kind of previous work. All have worked in Santas Grottos throughout the UK and have spoken with many thousands of children collectively.

Q5 -What happens if there is no-one home when Santa calls?

One of the elves will try and call again during that day to try and re arrange another call, this is dependant on availability and if another call is not possible we will offer a 20% refund which will be credited to the card that booked the call and not any other card. We are sorry but we can only offer a partial refund as all the slots are at a premium and we cannot let the next customer down.
